[01] Beyond the Interface

Recently, I've been developing an AI-assisted design operations workflow that keeps project context intact from discovery through delivery. It began as a way to stop rebuilding decisions from memory between phases, and became a structured system for carrying research, rationale and project constraints into the next stage of the work. How to keep good thinking from disappearing along the way has become one of the most interesting parts of my practice.
